Guy Greetings

Guy Greetings

Last month was my 32nd wedding anniversary with Rob.  It doesn’t seem possible that we could be married that many years, but according to my math skills, it is true!  We raised three amazing young men in those years, all of whom I am very proud of.  To top it all off, one of those sons gave us our first grandchild this year.  Life is pretty good and I have no complaints (well maybe one that has to do with snoring).

I made this card using the stamp set called Guy Greetings.  It really is a terrific set to use for masculine cards.  Plus, it comes in wood mount, clear mount and Photopolymer.  I stamped the car in Memento Black Ink and then colored it with a Cherry Cobbler Marker.  Now, I just realized that the Designer Series Paper I used is retired but they have some very similar paper in the Annual Catalog called Everyday Chic.

Happy Madelyn!

  1. Susan–nice card BUT that Madelyn is absolutely beautiful. She has so many of Rob’s looks, and the gorgeous blue eyes. What a jewel. Enjoy h.

  2. Aaaah – there’s the newest cute Madelyn pic!! 🙂 No wonder you’re always looking forward to her next visit; her sweet nature just shines through her big blue eyes! Happy Anniversary to you and Rob, Susan! (are you sure it’s 32 years? ’cause that’s how old you look, not how ‘married’ you look).
